Whitestone Consulting was established to provide executive search
and selection services for our clients in Asia. Based in Singapore,
we specialize in identifying and recruiting talent for mid to senior

Search Process
Profile Suitability Assessment (PSA)
Whitestone consultants will determine the most suitable profile of
the candidates in terms of his personality traits and work experience
with the client's corporate culture.
Step
1. The Candidate Search
Whitestone's Search Task Team (STT) will be thoroughly briefed on
the client as well as the type of candidate the client is searching
for. Candidates' suitability for the position covers his education,
personality, motivation, and relevant experience. Once the STT has
understood the task assigned, the search process begins. Whitestone's
consultants will interview only short listed candidates.

2. Candidate presentation to the client
These shortlisted candidates are further screened before the final
3 identified candidates are presented to the client for the selection
process.

3. Interview management
Whitestone's consultant at this stage will assume the role of interview
project manager. This means that he will coordinate the interviews
on behalf of the client such as travel arrangements, interview scheduling,
and pre-interview briefing with the client. Whitestone consultants
will debrief the client and the candidate immediately after the interview
and provide feedback on every aspect of the meeting. The second interview
with other respective personnel of the client will be similarly managed.

4. Client's decision making on the candiates
Whitestone's consultants will work with the client towards making
an offer to the selected candidates

5. Client's offer to the successful candidates
At this stage, Whitestone's consultants play a vital role of managing
the expectations of the selected candidates in order that he is ready
to accept the offer without procrastinating.
Step
6. The Resignation
This stage is still critical as there is the threat of a counter offer
by the candidate's employer. Hence Whitestone's consultant will prepare
the candidate for resignation. The successful candidate will be counseled
on the negative impact on his career if he should accept a counter
offer.
Step
7. Follow Up
Whitestone's consultant will follow up with the client and candidate
after the successful candidate has commenced employment, on a once
a month basis during the period of warranty. The primary objective
is to facilitate adjustments between both parties.
